Here is Donna Ida's version of Cottage Cheese Bread, you'll find lots of versions on instagram but this is her favourite:
200g oats
2 tablespoons flaxseed
50g pumpkin seeds
300g cottage cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 eggs
Good shake or cayenne pepper
Mix together and bake at 180 degrees for around 40 minutes, I turn it halfway through for an even tan.
